素质教育是以全面提高人的基本素质为根本目的,以尊重人的主体性和主动精神、以人的性格为基础,注重开发人的智慧潜能,注重形成人的健全个性为根本特征的教育。教学是学校工作的中心工作,因而也是实施素质教育的主渠道、主阵地,教师不仅要为学科的系统性负责,而且要为学生的发展和幸福负责。素质教育提出十几年来,我们一直在实践中摸索,逐步形成特有模式,那就是:以活动为抓手,全面推进素质教
Quality education is to improve the basic quality of people as the fundamental purpose, to respect the subjectivity and initiative of the people, based on the personality of the people, pay attention to the development of the potential of human wisdom, focus on the formation of a healthy personality as the basic characteristics of education. Teaching is the central work of school work, and therefore is also the main channel for the implementation of quality education. In the main position, teachers are not only responsible for the systematicness of the subject, but also responsible for the development and happiness of the students. Quality education more than a decade ago, we have been exploring in practice, and gradually form a unique model, that is: to activities as the starting point to promote the quality of education
