目的了解医院消毒供应中心的管理与软实力建设现状,为持续改进供应中心管理提供依据。方法采用分层抽样和问卷调查方法,对广西158所医院消毒供应中心管理状况进行了调查,并对部分单位进行现场核实。结果回收143份问卷,回收率为90.5%。在所调查的医院消毒供应中心中,实现集中管理的占67.1%,有90%以上的供应中心建立了各项管理制度。有90.2%的消毒供应中心能根据实际需要调整物品供应量,仅有7.7%的单位实现了信息质量追溯管理。平均每所省级医院消毒供应中心每年开展岗位培训21人次和继续教育培训115人次。结论本区医院消毒供应中心专业化建设已进入快速发展时期,应继续推进集中管理服务模式,加强软实力建设。
Objective To understand the status quo of management and soft power construction of hospital disinfection supply center and to provide basis for continuous improvement of supply center management. Methods By stratified sampling and questionnaire survey, the management of disinfection supply centers in 158 hospitals in Guangxi was investigated, and some units were verified on site. Results 143 questionnaires were collected and the recovery rate was 90.5%. Among the investigated hospital disinfection and supply centers, 67.1% were centralized management, and more than 90% of supply centers established various management systems. 90.2% of the disinfection supply centers can adjust the supply of articles according to the actual needs, and only 7.7% of the units have realized the information quality retrospective management. On average, each provincial hospital disinfection supply center carries out 21 job training and 115 continuing education training each year. Conclusion The specialized construction of disinfection and supply center in this district has entered a period of rapid development. We should continue to promote centralized management and service mode and strengthen the construction of soft power.
