妊娠期肝内胆汁郁积症又称妊娠特发性黄疸或妊娠复发性黄疸,是产科近10余年来日渐重视的高危妊娠之一。本症以妊娠中晚期出现周身瘙痒及不同程度黄疸为特征,常被误诊为病毒性肝炎,结合我院收治48例分析报道如下。
Intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy, also known as pregnancy idiopathic jaundice or pregnancy-induced recurrent jaundice, obstetrics is more and more emphasis on the past 10 years, one of the high-risk pregnancies. The disease occurs in the second trimester of pregnancy itching and different levels of jaundice is characterized by often misdiagnosed as viral hepatitis, combined with 48 cases admitted to our hospital as follows.
