As a new investment and financing tool, convertible bonds have their own unique characteristics. When we adopt convertible bond investments, we can make the right investment decisions only by really understanding some of its inherent characteristics. This article starts with the investment effect of convertible bonds, discusses the factors that affect their value and explains the investment returns brought by the convertible bonds to investors.
