近年来,许多铁合金厂在党的一元化领导下,以党的基本路线为纲,落实“鞍钢宪法”,开展工业学大庆的群众运动,遵照毛主席“生产和节约并重”的教导,群众性的节电活动蓬勃开展。不少铁合金厂通过加强企业管理,严格规章制度,精心操作,大搞技术革新、改革工艺、改造设备,不断挖掘节电潜力,努力降低电耗,积累和创造了不少行之有效的节电措施和经验。现将电炉铁合金节电十三项具体措施整理如下:
