随着电力体制改革的不断深化,也使得电力企业所面临的局面更为严峻。因此,在新时期为了帮助企业获得更好的发展,为了充分满足体制改革的需求,那么电力企业必须要充分做好企业管理工作,尤其是政工管理工作。通过政工管理工作可以更加准确地把握员工的思想动态,有效地提升企业的凝聚力与团结力,从而提升企业的竞争力,促进企业生产经营活动的顺利开展,帮助企业健康、有序的发展。本文主要探讨在新时期背景下,实现电力企业政工管理工作创新与改革的方法。
