位于安大略省蒂明斯城的福尔肯布里奇有限公司基德克里克矿(KiddCreekMine)现已决定安装一套提升设备集中控制装置,用来控制3座不同井塔的7台提升机。其中2座井塔位于地表,另一座盲井的井塔位于1433m水平。该提升设备集中控制装置将设置在矿办公楼的干燥区域内。这样从中央控制室或在蒙特利尔市就可以远距离操纵这些提升机和检查提升机故障。在过去的3年里,基德克里克矿和ABB公司一直密切合作,共同安装和改造了提升机PLC控制设备,用提升机极限监控器替代Lilly控制器,改进了装矿仓控制设施。随着这些高技术产品的应用,现已有可能把提升机的所有控制功能集中到中央控制室,提供安全、高产和有效控制,并为操作人员、维修和管理人员提供信息通道。这将为进一步建立计算机系统基础框架,把其它采矿功能纳入此系统中创造了条件。本文将介绍该集中控制计划的实施步骤及其应用的技术。
Kidd Creek Mine, Inc., of Forrn Bridge, in Timmins, Ontario, has now decided to install a centralized hoist control system to control seven elevators at three different well towers . Two of the towers are located on the ground and the other is a 1433m well. The lifting equipment centralized control device will be set in the dry area of mine office building. This allows remote control of these hoists and hoist malfunctions from the central control room or in Montreal. For the past three years, the Kidd Creek Mine and ABB have been working closely together to install and retrofit the hoist PLC controls, replace the Lilly controller with hoist limit monitors, and improve the loader control facility. With the use of these high-tech products, it is now possible to centralize all control functions of the hoist in the central control room, provide safe, productive and efficient control and provide information access for operators, maintenance and management personnel. This will create the basis for further building the foundations of computer systems and incorporating other mining functions into the system. This article describes the implementation steps of this centralized control plan and its application techniques.
