法理学作为法学本科专业的一门基础课程,对新升公安本科院校教育质量的提高具有特殊意义。由于法理学本身的抽象理论性,加之新疆警察学院处于新升本科阶段,教学中存在对法理学的教学重视程度不高、教学手段单一、学生兴趣不高、师资水平有待提高等问题。针对法理学的课程特点,结合学院的具体情况,应从改变教育理念,改进教学方法和考核方式,提升师资水平等方面入手进行改革,以提升学院升本后的法理学教学质量。
As a basic course of undergraduate law, jurisprudence is of special significance to the improvement of education quality in newly promoted public security undergraduate colleges and universities. Due to the abstract theory of jurisprudence itself and the new undergraduate course of Xinjiang Police College, there are some problems in teaching such as the low degree of attention to jurisprudence teaching, the single means of teaching, the low interest of students and the improvement of teacher’s education level. In view of the characteristics of jurisprudence courses, combined with the college’s specific conditions, we should start from the aspects of changing the education concept, improving the teaching methods and assessment methods, improving the level of teachers and so on, in order to improve the juridical teaching quality after graduating from college.
