目的建立工作场所空气中乙二胺的硅胶管采集、柱前衍生高效液相色谱测定方法。方法 工作场所空气中乙二胺采用硅胶管采集,盐酸溶液解吸,在弱碱性体系中用丹磺酰氯衍生后,再用乙酸乙酯萃取,经C18色谱柱分离,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果 本方法乙二胺质量浓度在0.898~71.840 mg/L呈线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8;最低检出浓度为0.070 mg/m3(以采样体积3.0 L计);方法的批内精密度为1.61%~3.50%,批间精密度为1.87%~3.85%(n=6);平均解吸效率为91.09%~94.46%;样品在室温下最少可保存7 d。结论 该方法适用于工作场所空气中乙二胺的测定。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of ethylenediamine in the air of workplace by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). Methods Ethylenediamine in the air of the workplace was collected with a silica gel tube and the hydrochloric acid solution was desorbed. After derivatization with Dansyl chloride in weakly basic system, it was extracted with ethyl acetate, separated by C18 column and detected by diode array detector. Results The linearity of this method was 0.898 ~ 71.840 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 8. The minimum detectable concentration was 0.070 mg / m3 (based on the sample volume of 3.0 L). The intra-assay precision was 1.61% ~ 3.50%. The inter-batch precision was 1.87% -3.85% (n = 6). The average desorption efficiency was 91.09% ~ 94.46%. The sample could be stored for at least 7 days at room temperature. Conclusion This method is suitable for the determination of ethylenediamine in the air of the workplace.
