本文介绍了在井式渗碳炉内,采用甲醇、丙酮、氨气为介质进行可控碳氮共渗试验,着重研究了供氨量和温度等工艺参数对炉气碳、氮势的影响。试验表明,在上述共渗介质中,裂解后的炉气组成基本稳定,炉气CO_2值与碳势具有对应关系;在一定工艺条件下。渗层的含氮量随供氨量而增加,含碳量则下降。当炉气与工件达到平衡后,渗层含氮量基本上不受共渗时间的影响。渗层的深度、组织形态及硬度等随供氨量的不同而异。
In this paper, we introduce the experiments of controllable carbonitriding using methanol, acetone and ammonia as media in a pit carburizing furnace. The effects of ammonia supply and temperature on the carbon and nitrogen potential of the furnace gas are mainly studied. Experiments show that in the above-mentioned permeation media, the composition of the furnace gas after cracking is basically stable, and the CO 2 value of the furnace gas has a corresponding relationship with the carbon potential; under certain process conditions. The nitrogen content of the bed increases with the supply of ammonia and the carbon content decreases. When the furnace gas and the workpiece reach a balance, the nitrided layer is basically not affected by the permeation time.
