各省、自治区、直辖市卫生厅局,新疆生产建设兵 团卫生局,中国疾病预防控制中心: 我国是全球22个结核病高负担国家之一。 每年新发结核病人145万例,其中传染性结核病 人65万;每年新发结核病人数占全球总数的 17％,位居世界第二。我国已向世界庄严承诺:在 中国迅速扩展现代结核病控制策略(DOTS),到 2005年达到全球结核病控制目标,即DOTS覆盖 率达到100％,新涂阳病人发现率达到70％,治愈 率达到85％以上。
Health Bureau of provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government, Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps Health Bureau, China Center for Disease Control and Prevention: China is one of the 22 countries with high burden of TB in the world. There are 1.45 million new TB cases each year, of which 650,000 are TB cases. The number of new TB cases accounts for 17% of the global total each year, ranking second in the world. My country has solemnly promised to the world that it will rapidly expand its DOTS strategy in China and reach the goal of global control of tuberculosis by 2005, namely, 100% coverage of DOTS, 70% detection rate of new smear positive patients and a cure rate of 85 %the above.
