随着我国经济和资本市场的发展,证券行业的创新转型发展已迫在眉睫。2012年证监会创新大会的召开,全面开启了证券行业的创新转型发展。本文通过对券商传统经纪业务所面临的困境及其创新转型中所可能遇到的挑战进行探讨分析,就券商经纪业务的创新出路、方向和路径提出了自己的见解和建议。
With the development of economy and capital market in our country, the innovation and transformation of the securities industry is imminent. The convening of the CSRC Innovation Conference in 2012 fully opened up the innovation and transformation of the securities industry. This article explores and analyzes the dilemmas faced by the brokerage’s traditional brokerage business and the possible challenges in its innovation transformation, and puts forward its own opinions and suggestions on the innovative ways, directions and paths for the securities brokerage business.
