由成都交大中烨房产开发有限公司主办,成都市建筑装饰协会、西南交通大学建筑系、西南交通大学建筑勘察设计研究院、《室内设计》杂志社协办的“交大花园”住宅室内设计竞赛活动,历时三个月,竞赛评选已于九五年十月揭晓。此次竞赛活动得到全国部分高校师生的支持,在规定的期限内收到作品89件、图纸三百余张。作者以年轻人为主,他们思想活跃、有创作激情,参赛图纸表现方式各具特色,展示了我国室内设计界新人倍出,前景向荣,是继成都居室装饰设计作品大赛后的又一大盛事。整个评选过程得到各方面专家、学者的支持。评选过程除经技术筛选(主要审查图纸内容是否符合参赛条件)外,完全由到会专家小组主持评选。为避免漏选,专家小组还再次审阅了全部89份参赛图纸。评选是在严格、细致、多次评议基础上进行的。最后专家组根据竞赛条件,一致认为尚未发现最优设计方案,为保证评选质量,决定一等奖空缺,增加二、三等奖各一名,并增加鼓励奖名次,以使原定总奖金额与原竞赛的宗旨相符,它体现了竞赛的严肃性和公正性。

The contest selection was announced in October 1995. The contest was supported by teachers and students from some colleges and universities across the country. It received 89 pieces of work and more than 300 drawings during the prescribed period. The authors are mainly young people. They have active thoughts and creative passion. The performance modes of the participating drawings have their own characteristics. They show that the new people in the interior design industry in China are doubled and the prospects are promising. It is another great event after the competition of the Chengdu House Decoration Design Works. . The entire selection process was supported by experts and scholars in various fields. The selection process will be presided over by a panel of experts present at the meeting, except for technical screening (mainly to examine whether the contents of the drawings meet the entry requirements). In order to avoid missed elections, the panel also reviewed all 89 entries. The selection was conducted on the basis of strict, meticulous and multiple comments. In the end, according to the conditions of the competition, the expert group unanimously believed that no optimal design plan had been found. In order to ensure the quality of the selection, the first prize vacancies were decided, one each of the second and third prizes was added, and the rank of the encouragement prizes was increased, so that the original total award amount was determined. Consistent with the purpose of the original competition, it embodies the seriousness and fairness of the competition.
