用高分辨分带技术对人类肿瘤细胞作细胞学分析,发现90%以上的造血细胞恶性肿瘤都有细胞遗传学改变。另外,已有许多文献报道人类白血病的发生与癌基因的活化密切相关,原癌基因c-Ha-ras不仅在膀胱、结肠、肾脏、肝、肺、卵巢、胃、胰腺等癌瘤中发现有激活现象,而且在血液系统中各种类型的白血病中也发现这一基因的激活。ras基因的主要激活形式是点突变,而第12位密码子点突变现象又常常是多种点突变

The proto-oncogene c-Ha-ras is not only found in bladder, colon, kidney, liver, lung, ovary, stomach, pancreas and other cancers.
