目的:研究甲状腺机能亢进症(简称甲亢)患者的骨代谢生化指标骨钙素(BGP)、骨碱性磷酸酶(BALP)、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶(TRAP)的改变及临床意义。方法:用生化法测定30 例甲亢患者血清BGP、BALP、TRAP浓度,并与年龄和性别相匹配的健康志愿者相比较。结果:甲亢患者BGP8.95±3.29ng/m l;BALP146.03±65.35u/L;TRAP12.66±5.57u/L,都显著高于正常对照组(P< 0.001)。相关分析显示三者与血清游离T3(FT3)呈正相关(r= 0.365,0.447,0.353,P<0.05)。结论:甲亢患者成骨、破骨细胞活性增高,骨转换率增高,与甲状腺激素分泌过多有关。
Objective: To study the changes and clinical significance of BGP, BAP and TRAP in patients with hyperthyroidism. Methods: Serum levels of BGP, BALP and TRAP in 30 patients with hyperthyroidism were measured by biochemical methods and compared with age and sex matched healthy volunteers. Results: BGP8.95 ± 3.29ng / ml, BALP146.03 ± 65.35u / L and TRAP12.66 ± 5.57u / L in hyperthyroidism patients were significantly higher than those in normal controls (P <0.001). Correlation analysis showed that the three were positively correlated with serum free T3 (r = 0.365,0.447,0.353, P <0.05). Conclusion: Hyperthyroidism patients with osteogenesis, increased activity of osteoclasts, bone turnover rate increased, and the excessive secretion of thyroid hormone.
