Zhang Qinqiu (1904 ~ 1968), scientific name Zhang Wu, was born in Tongxiang County, Zhejiang Province, a trader’s house. In 1924 November to participate in the Chinese Communist Party. In 1931, with her husband Shen Zemin came to Hubei, Jiangsu and Anhui Soviet Area, served as political political school military director, secretary of the county Party committee. After the Fourth Army red army in the west, served as director of political department. After arriving in the border areas of Sichuan and Shaanxi, the Red Army has rebuilt the base areas and Zhang Qinqiu has been the chief political department of the Fourth Front Army.
