目的通过监测昆山市引起手足口病的肠道病毒,分析手足口病流行特征,降低重症手足口病的发生,保障儿童身心健康。方法通过2010—2011年每月开展手足口病病毒监测,收集咽拭子标本206份。应用荧光定量RT-PCR法对病毒进行定量分型。结果 206份咽拭子标本中,检出肠道病毒阳性167份,阳性率为81.07%。其中,EV71感染84例、Cox A16感染57例、其他肠道病毒感染26例。结论 EV71是引起重症手足口病的主要病毒。昆山市2010—2011年手足口病的肠道病毒监测结果无明显变化。应加强疫情监测,做到早发现、早诊断、早治疗,通过多种措施做好手足口病防控工作。
Objective To monitor HFMD-induced enterovirus in Kunshan, analyze the epidemiological characteristics of HFMD, reduce the incidence of severe HFMD and protect the physical and mental health of children. Methods A monthly HFMV surveillance was conducted from 2010 to 2011, and 206 samples of throat swabs were collected. The virus was quantitatively typed by fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR. Results Of the 206 throat swab specimens, 167 were positive for enterovirus, the positive rate was 81.07%. Among them, 84 cases were infected with EV71, 57 cases were infected with Cox A16 and 26 cases were infected with other enteroviruses. Conclusion EV71 is the major cause of HFMD. Kunshan 2010-2011 hand, foot and mouth disease of the intestine virus monitoring results no significant change. Epidemic monitoring should be strengthened to achieve early detection, early diagnosis and early treatment, prevention and control of hand, foot and mouth disease through a variety of measures.
