采用等离子喷注法制备Al-10Fe合金,结合XRD、金相显微镜、维氏硬度仪、拉伸试验机研究了Ni含量对合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,等离子喷注法制备Al-10Fe合金由α-Al和Al3Fe组成,并能消除针状共晶Al3Fe以生成网状Al5FeNi,并能细化α-Al晶粒以及减小初晶Al3Fe颗粒尺寸;从而提高Al-10Fe合金的抗拉强度、伸长率及维氏硬度,Ni最佳添加量为1%。
Al-10Fe alloy was prepared by plasma spraying method. The effects of Ni content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of the alloy were studied by XRD, optical microscope, Vickers hardness tester and tensile tester. The results show that the Al-10Fe alloy prepared by plasma jet method consists of α-Al and Al3Fe, and can eliminate the needle-shaped eutectic Al3Fe to form reticular Al5FeNi, and can refine the α-Al grains and reduce the primary Al3Fe grains So as to improve the tensile strength, elongation and Vickers hardness of the Al-10Fe alloy, and the best Ni addition amount is 1%.
