在教学工作中,必須經常進行檢查,才能不断地改進,以达到提高教學質量的目的。一般说来,对这一工作,我們已經有了一定的重视,而且也開始這樣做了,但我們却往往重視进度的检查而忽視質量的檢查。有的也注意到检查質量,但又由於質量高低苦無标准,因而感到檢查的困難。一年前,对於这一工作,我也是感到束手无策的。上学期從浙江師範學院和福建師範学院的校刊中,我看到了用测驗方式來檢查質量的方法,经提出与教務處和教研組的同志們研究后,即選择了一个班進行試驗。由教研组出题,進行考試,然後從試卷中分析教師和学生两方面存在的问题。這次檢查的結果,證明通過考試來检查教学質量是切实可行而且有效
In the teaching work, we must always check in order to continuously improve in order to achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality. Generally speaking, we have got a certain degree of attention to this task, and we have begun to do so. However, we often attach importance to the inspection of progress and ignore the inspection of quality. Some also noticed the quality of inspection, but because of the lack of quality standards, and therefore feel the difficulty of inspection. A year ago, I felt helpless about this work. Last semester From Zhejiang Normal College and Fujian Normal College, I saw a way to check the quality by means of tests. After I put forward my proposal to study with comrades of the Academic Affairs Office and the Teaching and Research Section, I chose a class for experiments. By the teaching and research group questions, examinations, and then from the papers analysis of teachers and students in both the problems. The results of this examination prove that it is practical and effective to examine the quality of teaching through examinations
