研究了GH33高温合金表面激光熔铸钴基合金涂层对耐磨性的影响。磨损试验表明,熔铸层耐磨性较基体金属提高3倍以上,借助SEM、EMPA、X射线衍射等手段对复合涂层磨损机理进行了探讨。
The effect of laser cladding cobalt based alloy coating on the wear resistance of GH33 superalloy was studied. The wear test shows that the abrasion resistance of the cast layer is more than 3 times that of the base metal, and the wear mechanism of the composite coating is discussed by means of SEM, EMPA and X-ray diffraction.
