内排屑深孔钴削系统的液压特性,对加工质量、排屑能力以至系统制造成本和生产实用性均有重大影响。本文以φ12和φ16两种小直径深孔钴削的实验为基础,应用流体力学理论及回归处理方法,对主要影响因素进行了分析,推导出切削区位的局部阻力系数及相应口径的修正系数,得出系统压力的计算式。研究结果对内排屑系统深孔设计的完善化和标准化,对本系统切削参数的优化选择和 CAD,均有重要参考价值。
The hydraulic characteristics of the chip removal deep-hole cobalt cutting system have a significant impact on the processing quality, chip evacuation capability, system manufacturing cost and production practicability. Based on the experiments of φ12 and φ16 deep-hole cobalt cutting, the paper analyzed the main influencing factors by applying the fluid mechanics theory and the regression processing method, deduced the local resistance coefficient and the corrective coefficient of the corresponding aperture at the cutting location, Get the system pressure formula.
