至今已经发现有40多种病毒和细胞来源的癌基因。因为被激活的癌基因具有诱发细胞异常生长的特性,提示癌基因的前体——原癌基因可能是正常细胞信息传递途径的组成成份,调节正常细胞生长和分化。
To date, more than 40 viral and cell-derived oncogenes have been found. Because activated oncogenes have the property of inducing abnormal cell growth, it is suggested that the oncogene precursor protooncogene may be a component of the normal cellular informational transmission pathway and regulate normal cell growth and differentiation.
