实施由“应试教育”向“素质教育”的转 轨,关键是改进教学方法,提高教师的素质。那么,如何改进教学方法,提高教师素质呢?笔者认为,抓好如下“八课”教研,对改进教学方法和提高教师业务素质大有裨益。 (1)专家课。就是聘请教育教学有关学者、专家、教授作专题讲座,主题报告,咨询培训,从而了解国内外教育发展和教改动态,开阔视野,增长和更新知识,以利于增强教改的紧迫意识和信念。 (2)邀请课。就是邀请外地或外校有丰富经验的教师和各级“教坛新星”到校
