鞍钢无缝钢管厂1970年设计和制造的我国第一台狄舍尔轧管机组,经生产实践检验,该机组轧制的产品质量差、产量低.本文针对存在的这些问题进行了剖析,提出了变形量μ穿应从4.5降至3.0左右,μ盘从1.1提高到1.8左右,圆盘位置应在轧辊轴线出口30侧mm左右,U_■/U_X=1.5~3.0,导盘采用卧式,轧辊上下配置,增加穿孔机、圆盘延伸机电机能力的改进措施.上述措施实现后,产品规格增加,质量提高,产量也有较大的增加.
