针对“一模三板”住宅建筑易于渗漏的问题,市建五公司在施工实践中,不断摸索经验,逐步建立了一套行之有效的防渗措施,使板缝的防水与外墙的排水相结合,做到“排防结合,排重于防”。基本上解决了“一模三板”住宅建筑的渗漏问题。防渗措施之一——堵漏为使一模三板的现浇混凝土部分做到密实、平正不漏浆。采取了几种堵漏方法:
