笔者自1988年1月～1989年6月对80例胸片正常的咯血患者,进行纤维支气管镜(纤支镜)检查。男55例,女25例;年龄18～77岁;病程3天～1.5年,痰中带血或血痰76例,大咯血4例。咯血伴随症状:
