目的:建立萱草花药材高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱分析方法,为有效控制萱草花药材的质量奠定基础。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm),甲醇-0.5%醋酸水溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长为254nm,流速为1mL/min,柱温为25℃,分析了10批不同产地萱草花药材的HPLC指纹图谱。结果:在选定的色谱条件下,通过相似度分析软件确定了12个色谱峰构成萱草花药材的特征峰。结论:该分析方法稳定可靠,为萱草花药材的鉴别和质量评价与控制提供了依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for HPLC fingerprint analysis of hemerocallis L., and lay a foundation for the effective control of the quality of Hemerocallis. Methods: The HPLC method was used to elute the column with an Agilent C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) and a gradient of methanol-0.5% acetic acid in water. The detection wavelength was 254 nm, the flow rate was 1 mL / min and the column temperature was 25 ℃. 10 batches of different origin Hemerocallis of the HPLC fingerprint. Results: Under the selected chromatographic conditions, the similarity peaks of the 12 hemerocallis constituents were identified by similarity analysis software. Conclusion: The method is stable and reliable, providing the basis for identification and quality evaluation and control of Hemerocallis.
