目的 探讨复方丹参注射液综合性非手术治疗重症急性胰腺炎 (SAP)的疗效。方法 对 1997年 5月至2 0 0 0年 2月收治的SAP2 8例 ,随机分为两组 ,对照组 13例应用抗休克 ,抑制胰液分泌 ,全胃肠外营养 ,联合使用抗生素的综合治疗 ,治疗组 15例在此基础上加用复方丹参注射液。结果 对照组死亡 1例 (7.69% ) ,严重并发症 5例(3 8.5 % ) ,中转手术 2例 (15 .4% ) ,治疗组并发症 1例 (6.67% ) ,两组在死亡 +并发症方面有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 复主丹参注射液是SAP综合性非手术治疗中不可缺少的药物之一。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of compound Danshen injection in non-surgical treatment of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP). Methods From May 1997 to February 2000 SAP8 8 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the control group of 13 cases of anti-shock, inhibition of pancreatic juice secretion, total parenteral nutrition, the combined use of antibiotics , The treatment group of 15 cases based on the use of compound Danshen injection. Results There were 1 death in control group (7.69%), 5 serious complications (8.5%), 2 cases (15.4%) in transit and 1 case (6.67%) in treatment group. There was significant difference in disease (P <0.05). Conclusion Fufang Danshen injection is one of the indispensable drugs in the comprehensive non-surgical treatment of SAP.
