近来,有些同志在探索煤炭企业深化改革的途径中,提出了推行资产经营责任制的意见,而且,湖南部分煤矿的实践证明:与现行的承包经营相比,资产经营责任制具有一定优势。鉴于此,为使读者和煤炭企业有关人士能够对资产经营责任制有较全面的了解,本刊现将其理论构想与实践操作的有关问题介绍如下。
Recently, some comrades have put forward the opinion of promoting the responsibility system of asset management in exploring the ways for deepening the reform of coal enterprises. Moreover, the practice in some coal mines in Hunan proves that the asset management responsibility system has certain advantages compared with the current contracted management. In view of this, in order to enable readers and stakeholders in the coal industry to have a more comprehensive understanding of the asset management responsibility system, this issue of the academic issues and practical operation of the issue is as follows.
