在自主设计的动态腐蚀实验装置下,采用失重法、SEM、EDS和XRD等方法研究了20钢在CO_2/H_2O气液两相分层状流碱性条件下的腐蚀行为。结果表明,腐蚀速率随CO_2分压的增加而增加。从微观形貌特征可看到,腐蚀产物膜分为两层。其中,表层疏松且存在较宽裂纹,而内层相对致密。腐蚀产物主要由Fe、C和O三种元素组成,只有CO_2分压为0.025 MPa时包含少量C_2CaO_4。
Under the self-designed dynamic corrosion experimental apparatus, the corrosion behavior of 20 steel under the condition of CO_2 / H_2O gas-liquid two-phase stratified flow alkaline was investigated by means of weight loss method, SEM, EDS and XRD. The results show that the corrosion rate increases with the partial pressure of CO_2. As can be seen from the microscopic topography, the corrosion product film is divided into two layers. Among them, the surface is loose and there is a wide crack, while the inner layer is relatively dense. The corrosion products mainly consist of three elements Fe, C and O, only containing a small amount of C 2 CaO 4 when the partial pressure of CO 2 is 0.025 MPa.
