对人本管理的内涵进行了论述,认为只有一切工作为读者着想,同时对职工实行人性化管理,才能体现图书馆工作的人本管理思想,才能使“一切为了读者”的宗旨落到实处。
The connotation of humanistic management is discussed. It is believed that only when all the work is for the sake of the reader, and humanized management of the staff can we embody the humanist management thought of the library work, can we implement the principle of “all for the readers”.
