高职院校体育教学改革的最终目的在于为学生传输最新的教学理念,使体育教学效果更加显著,便于让老师和学生从根源上改善个人体质。实际上,在各大高职体院教学改革中经常受选课开设项目单一,体育教学师资情况无法吻合现代体育教学需求等问题严重影响学生参加体育课的热忱,可见对高职院校中的体育教学实施改革是体育教学发展的必然趋势。
