悬浇法施工的钢筋混凝土梁桥存在若干合拢段 ,由于相邻节段的约束作用 ,合拢段箱梁顶板的横向预应力将低于甚至远低于设计值 ,可能使顶板产生纵向裂缝。本文从理论上分析这种约束机理 ,采用有限单元法计算合拢段顶板纵截面上的实际预应力 ,提出改进目前合拢段横向预应力钢筋配置及张拉的设计建议。
Due to the restraint of adjacent segments, the transverse prestress of roof of box girder in closing section will be lower than or far lower than the designed value, which may cause longitudinal cracks in the roof. This paper analyzes the restraint mechanism theoretically, and calculates the actual prestress in the longitudinal section of the roof of the closed section by using the finite element method. The design proposal of improving the configuration and tensioning of the transverse prestressed steel in the closing section is proposed.
