中小企业是我国国民经济中一只重要力量,对国民经济发展有着不可忽视的作用。随着全球经济危机的爆发,国际经济形势持续低迷,我国中小企业受到重挫。加之近年来我国不断出台的“紧缩银根”政策无疑使中小企业融资问题雪上加霜。内忧外患的经济形势严重影响了中小企业的发展,融资问题成为了制约中小企业发展的瓶颈。解决这一问题刻不容缓。
