提出了一种利用位敏探测器(PSD)的光电位置校准技术,对LED光轴与机械轴的偏差进行测量的方法,通过检测LED光束中心的位置,获取其准确的光轴坐标值,最后的实验验证了该方法的有效性。
A method for measuring the deviation between LED optical axis and mechanical axis by using photoelectric position calibration technology of the position sensitive detector (PSD) is proposed. By detecting the position of the LED beam center, the accurate optical axis coordinate value is obtained. Finally, The experiment verifies the effectiveness of this method.
