用粘附式细胞仪（ACAS570）对细胞内荧光强度强且相当的两个细胞与荧光强度相差悬殊的两个细胞的细胞间间隙连接通讯进行测试，结果前者的通讯功能要比后者好（上升的荧光百分比分别为11％和0.9％）。
