介绍了利用熔浸扩散原理以铸造碳化钨粉为硬质相 ,镍—磷合金为粘结相在钢基体表面烧结而成的WC-NiP合金耐磨层的研制工艺 ,并对其耐磨和耐蚀特性进行了分析研究
The development of WC-NiP alloy wear-resistant layer sintered on the surface of steel substrate by using the principle of melt-diffusion was introduced to cast tungsten carbide powder as hard phase and nickel-phosphorus alloy as binder phase. The wear resistance and wear resistance of WC- Corrosion resistance characteristics were analyzed
