本研究运用 ̄(60)Co-γ射线辐射处理红江橙接穗,选育出“5-7-76”优良变异株系。该株系每果种子数为1.53粒,单果重达140g,且产量和品质均保持原种红江橙的优良特性.对花粉育性和染色体行为观察结果表明,是由于辐射引起花粉败育,出现染色体不联会的单价体,而产生二倍体水平的无核突变体.
In this study, ¡÷ (60) Co-γ radiation was used to treat Hongjiang orange scion, and the “5-7-76” excellent mutant line was bred. The number of seeds per fruit was 1.53 and the weight of single fruit was 140g. The yield and quality of the plant maintained the excellent characteristics of the original plant. Observations on pollen fertility and chromosomal behavior showed that the pollen abortion caused by radiation resulted in uncovalent monovalent chromosomes and resulted in diploid-level nuclear-free mutants.
