最近,我们调阅了9个机关党支部、5个企业支部和17个农村支部的组织生活记录簿,并就支部过组织生活的情况和一些党员座谈。结果发现,有相当一部分支部对组织生活不够认真,缺乏严肃性。主要表现在:1.活动安排无计划。在我们调查的31个党支部中,就有7个未制订组织生活活动计划,想起什么就抓什么,有时随便找些报纸、文件念一念应付了事。2.活动时间无保证。有些单位,尤其是一些企业,虽也有活动计划,但活动时间却经常被占用。有的人讲:“时下工作这么多,哪有时间和精力过组织生活。”个别单位
Recently, we have collected the organizational life records of the Party branches, the five corporate branches and the 17 rural branches of the nine organs and discussed with some party members about the organizational living of the branches. The results found that a considerable part of the organizational life is not serious enough, lack of seriousness. Mainly in the: 1 activities planned without plans.
