作者对盐酸柳胺苄心定与大输液合用的可配伍性及混合后的稳定性做了试验。本品注射液加入11种大输液(林格氏、乳酸钠林格氏、5%葡萄糖与林格氏、乳酸钠林格氏与5%葡萄糖、5%葡萄糖、5%葡萄糖与0.2%氯化钠、2.5%葡萄糖与0.45%氯化钠、5%葡萄糖与0.9%氯化钠、5%葡萄糖与0.33%氯化钠、5%碳酸氢钠、5%聚合葡萄糖等液)中,使配伍的混合液每ml中含盐酸柳胺苄心定分别为1.25mg,2.5mg和3.75mg 3种浓度。先取初始样品后,剩余部分再分成二等份,在4℃和25℃放置72小时。初始样品及在6,24,72小时留取备查分析剩余样品,均应冷藏。分析初始样品和放置72小时的样品,测定盐酸柳胺苄心定的浓度、pH、渗透克分子浓度(Osmolarity)和直观等方面的变化。并用高压液相色谱(HPLC)做含量测定,并采用美国公共卫生协会的颜色试验程序测定颜色变化。在与5%碳酸氢钠注射液的混合液中,6小时内产生白色沉淀。在两种放置温度下,其它10种大输液中的盐酸柳胺苄心定的浓度与最初浓度并无显著差异。HPLC未出现另外的吸收峰,pH和渗透克分子浓度均未发生明显的改变。在10种混合液中也未发生浑浊、沉淀或颜色变化。
