石油工程技术服务企业海外项目是企业寻求自身发展,保持和提高经济效益的重要组成。综合采用专家咨询法和因果分析图方法识别出石油工程技术服务企业海外项目存在的市场风险、经济风险、政治风险、技术风险、自然风险、管理风险等6种风险。构建包含上述6个准则21个指标的风险评价指标体系,应用层次分析(AHP)法确定指标权重,应用模糊综合评价方法构建石油工程技术服务企业海外项目风险评价模型。运用构建的指标体系与评价模型对某石油钻探公司格鲁吉亚共和国第12区块风险进行评价实证。
Oil engineering services companies overseas projects is to seek their own development, maintain and improve economic efficiency of the important components. Adopting the method of expert consultation and causality analysis, the six risks of market risk, economic risk, political risk, technical risk, natural risk and management risk of petroleum engineering service enterprises are identified. The index system of risk evaluation including 21 indicators of the above six criteria is constructed. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method is used to determine the index weights. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to construct the risk evaluation model of overseas projects for petroleum engineering service providers. Using the index system and evaluation model constructed, this paper evaluates the risk of block 12 of an oil drilling company in the Republic of Georgia.
