我国廉政体系建设问题与对策探讨

建构国家廉政体系是新时期国际社会反腐败的新举措,也是我国反腐败的必然出路。当前我国廉政体系建设存在着体制不顺、法规不完备、问责机制不健全、公开性和透明度不高等问题。为此,要进行体制改革,建立一个相互支撑、相互制衡的廉政体系;进行制度创新,完善相应的法规制度;完善权利问责机制,建立立体问责体系。

The construction of a national clean government system is a new measure taken by the international community in fighting corruption in the new era and an inevitable solution to our country’s fight against corruption. At present, the construction of an honest and clean government system in our country lacks institutional problems, incomplete laws and regulations, imperfect accountability mechanisms, lack of openness and transparency. To this end, it is necessary to carry out structural reforms and establish an honest and supportive system of mutual support and checks and balances; carry out institutional innovations and improve the corresponding laws and regulations; improve the system of accountability for rights and establish a three-dimensional accountability system.
