应用OKT系列抗人T细胞单克隆抗体,通过免疫酶法检测25名正常儿童、小儿白血病治前16例和治后完全缓解(CR)8例外周血T细胞亚群的改变。急淋组(ALL)OKT_4和OKT_4/OKT_8比值明显低于正常对照组(p<0.001),OKT_8显著升高(p<0.001),急非淋组(ANLL)异常小于ALL组。经治疗后CR者OKT系列均有显著性转变(p<0.01~0.05),与治前相比基本接近正常。
OKT series anti-human T cell monoclonal antibody was used to detect the changes of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of 25 normal children, 16 children with pre-treatment of childhood leukemia and 8 cases of post-treatment complete remission (CR) by immunoenzymatic method. OKT_4 and OKT_4 / OKT_8 ratios in ALL group were significantly lower than those in normal control group (p <0.001), OKT_8 significantly increased (p <0.001), and those in acute non-lymph node group (ALLLL group) were significantly lower than those in ALL group. After treatment, CR patients OKT series have a significant change (p <0.01 ~ 0.05), compared with pre-treatment basically close to normal.
