病例介绍患者女性,48岁,因服鱼胆后呕吐、腹痛、尿闭11天于1990年12月21日入院。患者因染眼病于12月11日上午生食草鱼胆4枚,2小时后出现恶心,呕吐10余次,均为胃内容物,并有右上腹胀痛,在当地医院治疗。次日起出现尿少、尿闭,进食即吐,每日腹泻2～3次,初呈水样便,后呈胶胨样大便。因病情日渐加重转入我院。入院时体检:精神软弱,血压17.3/10.7kPa(130/80mmHg),皮肤、巩膜黄
Case description Female patient, 48 years old, vomiting after taking fish bile, abdominal pain, urine closed for 11 days in December 21, 1990 admission. Patients with eye disease on December 11 morning herbivorous fish gall 4, 2 hours after nausea, vomiting more than 10 times, are stomach contents, and right upper quadrant pain, at the local hospital for treatment.
