加强农村财务管理可以推动农民合作社规范化建设,农村经济市场大发展,但同时也有许多问题,如登记不规范;产权不明晰;财务管理不规范;管理者与农户之间不信任,不和谐等。阻碍农村经济发展,加强农村财务管理工作刻不容缓,高度重视。应该从加强组织领导,增强指导能力,部署开展农民合作社财务管理培训,完善培训上岗制度,推行合作社财务管理软件,开展合作社会计集中委托代理试点,开展合作社财务资金监督检查,开展合作社信息化建设试点等,使财务管理与农民合作社和谐的生存发展,保障明晰产权关系,维护合法权益,管好资金,促进合作社健康发展。
