中学生物实验的目的,一般是为了验证所学的知识。如能通过实验来获得新知识,也就是把实验目的由验证转变为探索,这将会提高学生的学习兴趣,利于发展学生的思维,培养学生观察、分析问题的能力和实验操作的能力。为此,我在教学中作了这方面的尝试。下面,以绿色植物的水分代谢为例加以说明。 (一)课前准备 1.器材及药品(略)。 2.实验分组两人或三人一组,指定组长。 3.印发实验指导、实验记录和课堂检查题
The purpose of high school biology experiments is generally to verify the knowledge learned. If we can obtain new knowledge through experiments, that is, change the purpose of experiment from verification to exploration, it will improve students’ interest in learning, develop students’ thinking and train students’ abilities of observation, problem analysis and experiment operation.
