《江苏教育》(中学版)从今年第三期(三月号)起对中学数学以函数为纲的问题开展了讨论。讨论中,一种意见是赞成以函数为纲。其理由是:(1)数学是以现实世界的空间形式和数量关系为研究对象。现实世界中一切事物都是不断变化、互相联系、互相制约的,而函数正是变化着的量之间的关系的一种数学表示。以函数为纲,有利于培养学生的辩证唯物观
Starting from the third issue of this year (March issue), “Jiangsu Education” (Secondary Edition) discusses the issue of using mathematics as a key link in secondary school mathematics. In the discussion, one suggestion is that the function should be regarded as the key link. The reasons are: (1) Mathematics is based on the relationship between the spatial form and the number of the real world. Everything in the real world is constantly changing, interconnected, and constraining each other, and functions are just mathematical representations of the relationships between changing variables.
