低钙血症者口服异搏停致心室纤颤、猝死未见报道,笔者遇到1例,现报告如下:患者女,26岁,因心慌1年半,阵发性呕吐,腹泻,抽搐三月,于1984年11月25日入院.患者1983年7月因心慌、多汗,情绪激动,多食易饥,颈部增粗,眼球突出,到武汉某医院检查,测同位索I~(131)吸收率高于正常而确诊为“甲亢”.服“他巴唑”一月后在当地县医院行“甲状腺切除术”.
