针对某载重卡车驱动桥壳结构上存在质量重、体积大和壳体壁厚的不足,提出用CATIA V5R20软件对桥壳进行参数化建模。采用NX Nastran有限元分析软件进行强度、刚度和动态特性分析,解算出桥壳在冲击载荷作用下的应力分布及固有频率和振型,为后期进行轻量化研究提供理论依据。
In order to overcome the shortcomings of heavy load, large volume and shell wall thickness on the axle housing structure of a truck, a CATIA V5R20 software is proposed to parametrize the axle housing. Using NX Nastran finite element analysis software to analyze the strength, stiffness and dynamic characteristics, the stress distribution, natural frequency and mode shape of the axle shell under impact load are calculated, which provides the theoretical basis for the light weight research in the later stage.
