采用溶胶-凝胶、超声分散和溶液沸腾法制备YAlO3/Fe掺杂ZnO复合物,在可见光的照射下,考察了酸性红B降解效果,并利用X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对光催化剂进行了表征,同时研究了YAlO3的包覆量、YAlO3/Fe掺杂ZnO的量、可见光照射时间、处理温度和处理时间等因素对酸性红B降解率的影响,其降解过程也用HPLC进一步进行验证。结果表明,YAlO3/Fe掺杂ZnO在40 min酸性红B的降解率达到97.7%,表现出更好的光催化活性。
YAlO3 / Fe doped ZnO composite was prepared by sol-gel, ultrasonic dispersion and solution boiling method. Under visible light irradiation, the degradation of acid red B was investigated. X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy SEM) was used to characterize the photocatalyst. At the same time, the effects of the coating amount of YAlO3, the amount of YAlO3 / Fe doped ZnO, the irradiation time of visible light, the treatment temperature and the treatment time on the degradation rate of Acid Red B were investigated. It was further verified by HPLC. The results showed that the degradation rate of YAlO3 / Fe doped ZnO reached 97.7% at 40 min and showed better photocatalytic activity.
